Terms & Conditions

 

These terms [“Terms”] are an agreement www.writersskills.in [“Website Operator”, “us”, “we” or “our”] and you [“User”, “you” or “your”]. Both shall be collectively referred to as Parties [Parties].

This Agreement sets forth the general terms of your use of the www.writersskills.in website and any of its products or services [collectively, “Assignment”].

 

The Terms are as follows:

1. Eligibility
   All users that are 18 years of age or older can participate in Our Assignment(s).

 

2. User Representation And Warranty:
   By making use of our Assignment(s) and our website you warrant that you validly execute this agreement and comply with all binding obligations that are enforceable against you as per the terms and conditions and as per the legal system pertaining to your jurisdiction.
   
   If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement, you are not authorized to use or access the Website and its Assignments/ Services.

 

3. Assignment Terms
   These terms shall be read harmoniously and in conjunction with the Terms of the Assignment agreed by the Parties and both the terms shall be collectively referred to as Terms [“Terms and Conditions”]

 

4. Assigned Task
   We shall provide you access to the relevant Assignment based on your expression of interest, fulfillment of relevant form and payment of a refundable interest-free amount as security [“Security”].
   
   The Security is to cover our logistics charges including shipping, procurement and advertisement in case of non completion of the task by the user.
   
   You shall abide by the Terms and Conditions and upon receipt of your final manuscript, we shall conduct a thorough and detailed assessment of the manuscript and accordingly issue a Final Report to you electronically.
   
   Based on the Final Report and the fulfillment of the Terms and Conditions, we shall transfer the remuneration agreed by the Parties along with the Security within 7 days of the release of the Final Report.

 

5. User Responsibilities:
   By making use of our Assignments, you covenant that you shall:

 

1. Use your own name, email address and accurate contact information. You agree not to use a false identity;

 

2. Pay a refundable interest-free amount as security [“Security”]. The amount shall vary with respect to the Assignment opted by you;

 

3. Finish the assigned task within the stipulated time notified to you;

 

4. Finish any other task if assigned within the stipulated time notified to you;

 

5. Strictly abide by all specification, modification, technicalities, instructions, directions and requirements for fulfilling the assigned task;

 

6. Ensure that the assigned task will be free from any errors or discrepancies;

 

7. Ensure the timely and proper delivery of the final manuscript;

 

8. Undertake the risk, cost and responsibility of timely delivery of the finished manuscript back to us;

 

1. Accept, acknowledge and respect the final report provided by us without objections or protest.

 

3. Our Responsibilities
   We covenant that we shall:
4. 1. Provide the users with the material, not including stationary material, that is relevant for the completion of the assigned task;

 

1. 2. Generate a Final Report based on the finished manuscript provided by the users;

 

1. 3. Make timely payment of the remuneration to the users within 7 days of the final report generated by us subject to the fulfillment of all specification, modification, technicalities, instructions, directions and requirements for fulfilling the assigned task;

 

1. 4. Ensure timely refund of Security subject to our Refund Policy or any other specification provided by us and agreed upon by the Parties.

 

4. No Guarantee
   While we make every effort to ensure that we accurately represent all the products and assignments reviewed on this website and their potential for income, it should be noted that earnings and income statements made by us are only estimates representing what the users can earn upon successfully completing the assigned task in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
   
   There is no guarantee that the users will make these levels of income and you accept the risk that the earnings and income statements differ by individual.

 

5. Refund Policy
   The refund of the Security shall be carried out by the Operator within 7 days of the generation of Final Report subject to the  fulfillment of all specification, modification, technicalities, instructions, directions and requirements for fulfilling the assigned task and the final report generated by us.
   
   The Security shall be forfeited in part or in full based on the requirements agreed upon by the Parties.

 

6. Liability
   
   We shall not be liable or made liable for any and all loss either direct or indirect, damages that are both incidental and or consequential pertaining to this agreement and or through your use of the website. At any point of time, the aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fee paid or payable to the user pertaining to this agreement.
   
   We do not make any expressed or implied warranties with respect to the program and/or products sold at this site.

 

7. Indemnification:
   By using our website and Assignments you agree that you will indemnify and hold all the stakeholders of www.writersskills.in including its owners, employees, members and agents harmless from all liabilities and damages including but not limited to attorney fee and other legal expenses.

 

8. Termination
   We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Assignments immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms and Conditions.
   
   Upon termination, your right to use the Assignments will immediately cease. You may simply discontinue using the Assignments.
   
   All provisions of the Terms and Conditions which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

 

9. Changes
   We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, replace or revise the Terms and Conditions at any time.
   
   By continuing to access or use our Assignments after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the new Terms and Conditions, please stop using the Assignments.
